Project download for the support team

Download the project

Below steps describe how a project can be downloaded to provide it the support team.

1. Select the project
   1. click on Dialogs
   2. click on Project Selector
   3. select the Project in the Project List or
   4. switch to the Company List to select a company
   5. select the company
   6. switch back to the Project List
   7. select the Project
   8. click on "OK"
2. click on the Help menu entry
3. click on Download Project as File for Support
4. save the file on your local disk
5. send the file to you contact person from the support team or to support@performit.net
