Direct Export

Direct floor plan export means that you will save each floor plan manually as .JPG file or print the floor image.
To export floor plans you have to open a workspace which contains the floor plan you would like to save or print.
We recommend you to use the "Visual Optimisation" workspace, since this workspace contains all three types of floor plan:

  • Current: Only displays current assets
  • Future: Only displays future assets
  • Optimisation: Displays both, current and future assets as well as the optimisation links

    • Export

    1. Select the Visual Optimisation workspace
    2. Select the floor you would like to export
    3. Select the floor plan type you would like to export
    4. Press on the Save as .JPG or Print Button
    5. Crop the image
    6. Choose Save or Print

    Report Generator

    Preparation

    Export floor plans by using the report generator means that all floors can be exported at once, and stored in one single report (Word document or PowerPoint presentation).
    Though a few preparations are required to be able to export the floor plans before.
    Note: The preparation has to be done for each floor and each floor type (current, future, optimisation) you would like to export.

    1. Select the Visual Optimisation workspace
    2. Select the floor you would like to export
    3. Select the floor plan type you would like to export
    4. Click on the Prepare for ReportGenerator Button
    5. Crop the image
    6. Repeat for all floors and floor plan types for export

    Report

    1. Open the Report Generator Workpsace
    2. Download the template which contains the placeholder for floors
